The Nove Olendry project was developed by B-Right Urban Living, part of the European real estate company Mosaic World. Our vision is based on progressive micro-living solutions; a smart combination of affordable personal spaces and common areas, resulting in affordable and livable living space within a vibrant community. By doing so we have already developed over 6,000 housing units in Western Europe. In the coming years we expect to add another 2,000 housing units in Poland.
Plaza Resident Services, also part of the Mosaic World group of real estate companies, is responsible for the daily management of the Nove Olendry project. We do this by offering students, new residents and city starters of all sorts smart, smaller urban living spaces to make into their own homes and the residential services to help knit those homes into a real community. At the moment we manage about 6,000 housing units in several European cities.
