How can I apply for an apartment?
Simply click the Apply for an Apartment button on this page and fill out the short form. Our team will contact you with next steps and availability.
To complete your application we will need a valid identification document (ID card, passport or residence permit), your current address (and correspondence address, if applicable), a Polish PESEL number (if available) and proof of income or employment (pay slip, employer statement or bank statement.
The rental agreement is in the form of an “umowa najmu instytucjonalnego” (an institutional lease agreement for rental properties managed by businesses or institutions). Therefore, we require a declaration of an available alternative address.
Additionally, a notarial declaration of voluntary eviction (oświadczenie najemcy) is required. This declaration will be signed simultaneously with the rental agreement at the notary office.
The security deposit and first month’s rent must be paid after signing at the notary and before the rental start date.
If you sign your institutional lease agreement before October 1, 2025, we will cover the full notary costs.
What types of apartments are available?
Nove Olendry includes 98 turnkey rental residential units across two buildings. Units are available in various layouts, fully furnished and ready to move in.
Type A: studio with separate bathroom, 31m2, private terrace or balcony, and one parking space
Type B: one-bedroom apartment with private bathroom, 36 – 39 m2, private terrace or balcony and one parking space
Type C: one-bedroom apartment with private bathroom, 41 – 47 m2, private terrace or balcony and one parking space
Type D: two-bedroom apartment with private bathroom, 52 – 60 m2, private terrace or balcony and one parking space
What is the monthly rent?
The monthly rent depends on the type of apartment. We offer one-, two-, three-, or four-year contracts.
Type A: 2.150 PLN per month (+ 300 PLN service charges and 200 PLN advance on electricity)
Type B: 2.450 PLN per month (+ 300 PLN service charges and 250 PLN advance on electricity)
Type C: 2.650 PLN per month (+ 300 PLN service charges and 250 PLN advance on electricity)
Type D: 3.400 PLN per month (+ 300 PLN service charges and 340 PLN advance on electricity)
The rent price includes furniture and one parking space, but excludes services charges.
Service charges are 300 PLN per month, including internet, garbage disposal, intercom, 24-hour emergency service, and communal areas cleaning. It does not include the cost of electricity and heating consumption. A monthly advance will be charged for these cost as well. Both the service charges and the eletricity and heating advance will be settled twice a year based on the actual cost.
What are the service charges?
The administrative charges are 300 PLN per month, including internet, garbage disposal, intercom, 24-hour emergency service, and communal areas cleaning. It does not include the cost of electricity and heating consumption.
Service charges are settled twice a year based on the actual costs incurred. After the end of the contract, a final settlement of the service charges will be provided.
Can I schedule a viewing?
Yes, you can book a viewing to view the apartments before signing a contract. Just send an email to info.pl@plazaresidentservices.com and we will contact you as soon as possible to schedule a viewing.
When will the apartments be ready for move-in?
The apartments are scheduled for completion and handover on 16 October 2025. You can apply now to secure your preferred unit in advance.
What amenities are included in the building or complex?
Each apartment comes with its own parking space. Additional parking spaces can be rented (150 PLN per month).
Furthermore, you will have the option to rent a storage unit (100 PLN per month).
The complex includes a bicycle storage, internet and WiFi (included in the service charges). As resident you can enjoy a green environment, with a small playground in front of the complex.
The area is also close to shops, schools, and recreational areas.
Where is Nove Olendry?

Are the apartments for rent or for sale?
All apartments in Nove Olendry are available for rent. They are designed for long-term living with high-quality finishes and low-maintenance features.
