Once you’ve made your choice, simply fill out the contact form online. After we receive your inquiry, our team will reach out to guide you through the next steps.
Schedule an apartment viewing
If you’d like to see the complex and apartments in person before making a decision, you can book a viewing online.
During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for the location and atmosphere. Our on-site representative will be happy to show you available units and discuss your options.
Submit your documents
Once you’re ready to move forward or after your viewing, we’ll ask you to provide some personal information and documents, such as a copy of your ID, proof of income, and any other required attachments.
You can easily upload all documents digitally through our website.
Verification & rental agreement
After receiving your documents, we’ll review them thoroughly. If anything is missing or needs clarification, we’ll contact you to complete your application.
Once everything is approved, we’ll prepare a transparent and detailed rental agreement.
Signing the agreement via DocuSign
We’ll send you the final version of your rental agreement via email, which you can easily and securely sign online using DocuSign. No need to leave your home — it’s quick and convenient.
Sign with notary
After electronically signing your rental agreement, you’ll need to arrange an appointment with notary Mikołaj Siennicki (tel. 61 820 54 00) at his office: Winogrady 67, 61-659 Poznań.
During this meeting, you’ll sign the institutional rental deed. Once signed, please send us the last page of the document showing the payment of 688.80 PLN. This amount will be refunded to your account within 30 days. The promotional offer is valid until further notice.
Receive your keys & move in
Once the notary formalities are completed, it’s time for the most exciting step — receiving the keys to your new apartment.
During key handover, we’ll walk through a short checklist together so you know exactly what’s included. You’re now ready to move in!
