A furnished, fully equipped studio apartment is offered for rent in a newly constructed residential complex in the Naramowice district of Poznań. The apartment will be available for move-in from October 16, and the incoming tenant will be the first occupant.
The layout includes a room with an integrated kitchen, a separate bathroom with toilet, and direct access to either a private balcony or terrace, depending on floor level, as well as a small hallway. The bathroom features tiling, a bath/shower, towel radiator, toilet, and sink. Kitchen amenities include a large refrigerator, induction stove, combi microwave/oven, dish washer, and extractor hood. The apartment is furnished with a sofa bed, bed linen, dining table and chairs, TV cabinet, lighting, wardrobe, and outdoor furniture.
The administrative rent is 300 PLN per month, including internet, garbage disposal, intercom, 24-hour emergency service, and communal areas cleaning. It does not include the cost of electricity and heating consumption – these will be billed quarterly based on actual consumption.
